We are not obliged and not willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
You wonder why we do not participate in an out-of-court dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board?
The reason for this is that the costs of out-of-court dispute resolution proceedings at many consumer arbitration boards, which we as a company generally have to bear alone, are so high, especially for low amounts in dispute, that participation in out-of-court dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board simply does not make economic sense for us.
Instead, we will endeavor to make the implementation of out-of-court dispute resolution procedures unnecessary through customer-friendly complaint management.
